Day 8 - September 13, 2010 - Monday
I woke up exhausted and thus missed the am yoga class. I guess I did not rehydrate properly from my double session on Sunday so I decided to sleep in and then head to work. Work, per usual, was stressful. I had a 8pm class which of course I missed. I knew that there was a 9:45 class at the studio uptown so I decided to make that. My boss left at 8:45 and I bolted shortly thereafter. Making it to class with plenty of time to spare. I noticed that my flexibility has increased. The humidity in the room was 70% instead of the usual 10-15% and it was much harder to breathe. The class was over at 11:15 ... after working a 13 hour day and the intense work out I could not wait to get home and sleep. When I finally made it home I packed my stuff for tomorrow's class which is at 6:45 am ... meaning I would have to wake up at 5:30 am to make it. I hit bed at 1am and did not get much sleep. The worries of the day were wearing on me. I wanted to sleep so badly. Before I knew it my alarm went off...
