Day 22 - September 25, 2010
Woke up on Saturday at 6:30am... made it just in time for the 8am class. Managed to complete a double. I felt relieved, acomplished and energized. When I got home it was time to weigh in. This week my weight loss was 4lbs! For those of you keeping track thats a total weight loss of 9lbs in 22 days! AMAZING!
