Day 17 - September 20, 2010
This whole thing is begining to wear on me... I had two back to back work outs scheduled for today. Both in the UWS (upper west side for non NYC and/or gossip girl watchers) studio . I love this studio because they have a very late class at 9:45pm which has come in handy on more than one ocassion. However, for whatever reason, this studio is beyond humid... So after pushing through class number 1 I knew there was no way I can make it through a double today. I was hungry, I was tired, I was not focused... So I went home to rest.
At the end of the day, I must listen to my body, I need to practice yoga for tomorrow... respecting and listening to your body is key.
How are your challenges coming along?????
Wow you are very dedicated. I'm in my one week challenge and I already fell at least two days of not doing it and a day when I had my period. I am still having difficulty getting up early in the morning so I do it when I arrived home. The two days I did not do it are when I got home late. I know I have to make it better for week two. I like what you wrote in the motivation for the week. That's a good one and I copied and share it to my friends.
